Terms of service

1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between GetG Technology Private Limited, Plot 4, Sector 44, Minarch Tower, Gurugram, Haryana, India-122003 (“we”) and the business that creates a GoKloze account (“you”). The person accepting them confirms they can bind that business. The Privacy policy, Acceptable use policy, Data processing agreement and Refund policy form part of these terms.

2. Accounts and workspaces

• You must give accurate details and keep your email and mobile number current; sign-in codes go there.
• A funnel cannot go live until the business is verified (GSTIN or a review by us).
• You are responsible for everything done by people you invite to your workspace and for removing access when someone leaves.
• Agency accounts may create sub-accounts for clients and are responsible for them.

3. The service

GoKloze lets you build follow-up funnels that call, message and email your leads through providers you connect, with a CRM, inbox, analytics and conversion reporting. Features and limits depend on your plan.

We may improve, change or retire features. If we remove something material from a paid plan during a paid period, we will offer a fair alternative or a pro-rata credit.

4. Providers you connect

You connect your own WhatsApp, calling, voice AI, email and ad accounts. You contract with and pay those providers directly and must follow their terms. We are not responsible for their availability, prices, template approvals, number bans or other decisions, though we show their status and hold steps safely when they fail.

5. Your responsibilities when contacting leads

• Contact only people who agreed to be contacted for the purpose, and keep proof of that consent. GoKloze records consent and blocks calls without it.
• Follow the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TRAI), DLT registration for SMS, the National Do Not Call registry, and use 140-series or other numbers as the rules require for promotional calls.
• Follow the DPDP Act as data fiduciary for your leads: give notice, honour withdrawals and erasure requests (GoKloze provides export and delete), and keep data accurate.
• Decide your AI disclosure settings in line with the law where your leads are. Agents must never be configured to claim to be human.
• Keep the content of your scripts, templates and knowledge base lawful, truthful and your own (or licensed).
• Respect quiet hours and contact limits; GoKloze's business hours, attempt caps and cool-off settings help, but you remain responsible.

6. Plans, credits and payment

• Plans are billed in advance in Indian rupees plus 18% GST, monthly or annually. Every payment issues a GST invoice.
• Credits are consumed per action at the rates shown in Billing (for example per message, AI step or call), oldest first. Every credit (plan, purchased or added by us) lapses 90 days after it is added if unused.
• Add-ons (storage, leads, users, live funnels) run for the period shown when bought.
• The 14-day trial needs no card. When a trial or paid period ends without renewal the workspace moves to the Free plan: your data, CRM and inbox stay, AI steps pause and limits apply.
• Nothing paid activates until the payment is confirmed by Razorpay. Prices may change for future periods with 30 days' notice.
• Payments are not refundable: the 14-day free trial is there to test GoKloze first. See the Refund and cancellation policy.

7. Ownership and licence

You own your data and content. You give us a licence to host, process and transmit it only to provide and support GoKloze for you. We own GoKloze, its software, design and documentation. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from GoKloze, or access it through automated means other than our APIs.

8. API and webhooks

API keys and webhook secrets are confidential. You are responsible for calls made with them and must rotate them if exposed. Rate limits apply; we may throttle traffic that endangers the service.

9. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for this agreement, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Suspension and termination

You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend a workspace, a funnel or a number immediately to stop spam, fraud, non-payment, provider complaints or risk to leads or networks, and will tell you why and how to fix it. Either party may end the agreement for a material breach not fixed within 15 days of notice. After closure you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.

11. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide GoKloze with reasonable skill and care. Otherwise it is provided “as is”: we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output will be accurate, or any particular number of conversions. You should review AI-written content and settings before going live.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data that could have been exported, and our total liability for any claims in a 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and compensate us for claims by third parties (including leads, regulators and providers) arising from your contact lists, consent, content or breach of the Acceptable use policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days. Otherwise the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after we notify you by email or in the app; continuing to use GoKloze after that means you accept them.
