Service delivery policy

1. What we deliver

GoKloze is software delivered online at app.gokloze.com by GetG Technology Private Limited, Plot 4, Sector 44, Minarch Tower, Gurugram, Haryana, India-122003. Nothing physical is shipped.

2. When access starts

• Trial and Free plan: immediately after you confirm your mobile number and email.
• Paid plans, credits and add-ons: immediately after Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within seconds. You get an email and a GST invoice.
• If a paid item has not activated within 30 minutes of a successful payment, write to us and we will activate or refund it.

3. Going live

A funnel goes live only after your business is verified and every blocking readiness check passes (for example, your providers are connected and WhatsApp templates approved). Provider approvals depend on those providers, not on us.

4. Support

Help is available in the app and at support@gokloze.com. Paid plans get support during Indian business hours; response times by plan are on the Pricing page.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability and announce planned maintenance in advance. Steps that cannot run during an outage are held and catch up afterwards, not lost.
