Privacy policy

Last updated 23 October 2026 · GetG Technology Private Limited

What personal data GoKloze collects, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how you can use your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

GoKloze (gokloze.com, the GoKloze app and its APIs) is operated by GetG Technology Private Limited (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website, sign up, use the app, or are contacted by a business that uses GoKloze.

We play two roles:

  • Data fiduciary for our own customers' account data, website visitors, sign-ups and billing records. We decide why and how that data is processed.
  • Data processor for the leads and contacts our customers bring into GoKloze. Our customer (the business that contacted you) is the data fiduciary; we process that data only on their instructions, as set out in our Data processing agreement.

If you were called, messaged or emailed by a business using GoKloze, please contact that business first. We will help them answer you, and you can always write to us (section 11).

3. Why we use it

  • To create and secure your account, including one-time sign-in codes by email, SMS and WhatsApp.
  • To provide GoKloze: run funnels, place AI calls, send messages and emails, show the inbox and analytics, and keep the timeline of every lead.
  • To bill you, issue GST invoices and meet tax and accounting law.
  • To send service messages: alerts, low-credit warnings, trial reminders and product notices you cannot opt out of while you have an account.
  • To send product tips and offers; you can switch these off at any time.
  • To measure our own advertising (only with consent where it is required) and improve the website.
  • To prevent spam, fraud and abuse of telephony and messaging networks, and to enforce our terms.
  • To meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, for the legitimate uses the DPDP Act allows (such as providing a service you asked for and meeting legal duties), or under a contract with you. We do not sell personal data.

4. AI processing

GoKloze uses AI models (for example from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, as configured by us) to draft funnels, classify replies, summarise calls and write prompts. Only the text needed for the task is sent, through the providers' paid business APIs, and we choose providers and settings that do not use this data to train their models. A customer can also connect its own AI key, in which case its agreement with that provider applies.

AI agents disclose that they are AI as configured by each customer and never claim to be human. Customers can review every AI message in approval mode before it is sent.

5. Who we share it with

  • Infrastructure: hosting, databases, file storage (for example Wasabi) and email delivery.
  • Messaging and sign-in: MSG91 for our own one-time codes and alerts.
  • Payments: Razorpay, which processes your payment details under its own policy.
  • Providers our customers connect: WhatsApp (Meta or MSG91), calling (Twilio, Plivo, Exotel), voice AI (ElevenLabs, Sarvam AI), email (SMTP, Gmail, Outlook), Cued.Live, and ad platforms (Meta, Google, Microsoft) for conversion reporting the customer turns on.
  • AI providers, as described in section 3.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires or to protect our rights.
  • A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged, under the same protections.

Every provider receives only what it needs and is bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.

6. Where data is stored

We host GoKloze on servers chosen to serve India. Some providers (for example AI, ad platforms and email services) may process data outside India. We transfer data abroad only where the DPDP Act and Government notifications allow it, with contractual safeguards.

10. How we protect data

  • TLS for all traffic; provider credentials and secrets encrypted at rest.
  • Strict workspace isolation on every request and role-based access in each workspace.
  • Passwordless one-time-code sign-in with rate limits; time-limited, audited support sessions.
  • Audit logs for settings, exports, deletions and every platform-admin action.
