Acceptable use policy

1. Consent first

Contact only people who asked to hear from you or otherwise gave valid consent. No bought, scraped or rented lists, no cold calling of numbers on the Do Not Call registry, and no reusing consent for a different purpose.

2. Not allowed

• Spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or sending more often than leads expect.
• Harassment, threats, abusive language, or contacting someone who asked you to stop.
• Misleading claims, fake urgency, impersonating another business or a government body.
• Configuring an agent to claim it is human, or hiding that a call is recorded where notice is required.
• Debt collection by intimidation, loan sharking, gambling, adult content, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, pyramid or chit-fund schemes, or anything illegal in India or where the lead is.
• Collecting card numbers, passwords, OTPs or Aadhaar numbers through calls or messages.
• Using GoKloze to send malware or phishing links, or to probe or attack systems.
• Getting around limits, sharing accounts to avoid plan limits, or reselling GoKloze without an agency agreement.

3. Keep quality high

Keep WhatsApp templates relevant, honour opt-outs instantly (GoKloze stops funnels when a lead replies “stop”), watch answer rates and complaints, and fix templates Meta flags.

4. Monitoring and enforcement

We watch for signs of abuse such as numbers with very low answer rates or very short calls, spam reports and provider warnings. We may pause a funnel, number or workspace, ask for proof of consent, and close accounts that break this policy, without refund where the breach is serious.

5. Report abuse

If a business using GoKloze contacted you without consent, email grievance@gokloze.com with the number or email that contacted you and the time.
